By using ImSoInLoveWithYouAI.com (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service generates short AI videos from photos and text you provide, inspired by the “I'm so in love with you” social media trend. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or any artist or rights holder.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide an email address you control.
3. Credits and payments
- Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs through Stripe; there is no subscription.
- The credit cost of each video depends on the model and resolution and is shown before you generate. Credits are deducted when a generation starts.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or empty), contact us within 7 days for review and a credit return. Results you simply do not like are not refunded.
4. Your content
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be in the video. Never upload photos of minors.
- You keep any rights you have in your uploads. You give us a limited licence to process them and send them to our AI provider to create your video.
- Subject to these terms and the AI provider's terms, you may use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create content that is sexual, involves minors, harasses or impersonates real people without consent, is defamatory, hateful, violent, misleading (such as deepfakes presented as real), or infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits used.
6. AI output and music
AI results vary and may contain mistakes. Label videos as AI-generated where platforms require it. Videos come with a short clip of the “I'm so in love with you” trend sound. The sound belongs to its rights holders; we grant no music rights, its use is subject to their terms and the platform's, and platforms may mute or flag it.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the Service, prices or these terms; changes apply from the date posted. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
