This policy explains what ImSoInLoveWithYouAI.com (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the website and AI video generator, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID, email, name and profile picture.
- Photos and prompts: images you upload and the text you type into the generator.
- Generated videos and their settings (style, model, resolution, credits used).
- Payment records: the pack you bought, amount, date and Stripe payment references. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, referring site, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep your credit balance.
- To generate your videos: your photo and prompt are sent to our AI video provider (Kie.ai, running ByteDance Seedance models) for that purpose only.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To answer your support requests.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and security), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Kie.ai (AI video generation), Google (sign-in, Google Analytics and Search Console), Microsoft (Clarity analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools) and a self-hosted Plausible analytics instance. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in, a cookie remembering how you first found the site, a cookie that recognises this browser so a one-time discount is only offered once, and cookies set by the analytics tools above. Your browser's local storage keeps your unsaved generator settings.
Retention
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
- Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or close your account, by emailing hello@imsoinlovewithyouai.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not upload photos of minors.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and session tokens are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
